The Billing Administrator's main responsibilities include the following:
pricing all jobs after delivery
invoicing customers and processing credit card transactions
responding to customer inquiries regarding billing and invoices
estimating job costs for customers
Additional tasks as needed
This position requires strong inter-personal skills, organization, accuracy with numbers and the english language, self-motivation, and reliability. Ability to work independently un-supervised at times is a must.
Experience with Microsoft office, excel, and word as well as IP phone systems an asset.
