TalentWorld is recruiting a Customer Service Representative (French) in Toronto for one of our clients.
Responsibilities
Serve as a dedicated point of contact for clients subscribing to our cash management services, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
Handle various inquiries related to account issues, including password resets, account access, and error messages, with a focus on delivering personalized solutions.
Provide technical support within the cash management services, leveraging your knowledge of browsers, internal software, and MS suites to troubleshoot and resolve client issues.
Engage with both internal and external customers, building strong relationships and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to address client concerns effectively and contribute to ongoing process improvements.
Qualifications
Fluent in French and English, with excellent verbal communication skills to provide seamless support to our diverse client base.
Technically savvy, with a strong familiarity with browsers, internal software, and MS suites, allowing you to navigate complex systems with ease.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling you to convey information clearly and professionally.
Confidence in handling customer inquiries and providing effective solutions while maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude.
Previous experience working in a contact center environment for a minimum of 2 years, preferably within the financial industry (banking experience is a plus).
Ability to work in a hybrid role, seamlessly transitioning between remote and on-site work as required.
Employment Details
Salary: $23 - 28
Contract Duration: the possibility of 3 months, 6 months, or a year
Schedule: Monday to Friday, Office hours
