Job Description

Our client, located in Moncton, New Brunswick, is seeking a Workforce Analyst for a contract position. As the ideal candidate, you are fluently bilingual (spoken, reading and written French / English) and will have strong experience with Human Resource Management Software (HRMS) with immediate availability to start. There is the possibility for remote work for this role.
Key Responsibilities for the Job:

• Provide project management and user support on Kronos system migration
• Manage employee profiles, making manual intervention as needed
• Promotion and continuing education of the system, ensuring its proper and efficient use
• Act as a connection between users, HR, staffing, payroll, administration and IT departments
• Trouble shooting
• Other tasks as needed

Experience & Attributes for Success:

• Bilingual French / English is required (spoken, reading, and written)
• Proficiency HR Management Software (Kronos strongly preferred)
• Prior experience in a software migration is ideal
• 2-3 years\xc2\x92 experience in staffing, timecard preparation, and/or payroll support is ideal
• Strong analyzing, troubleshooting, problem-solving skills
• Post-secondary education in Administration
• Working knowledge of collective agreements
• Proficient Computer literacy and ability to teach others in a training setting
• Ability to work autonomously, with excellent customer service skills
• Superior organizational skills, with excellent time-management
