Bilingual Virtual Client Relations Specialist
to deliver premium remote support for our Mandarin-speaking investor clients and luxury property buyers. This role combines real estate expertise with digital client service excellence.
Core Responsibilities
Client Engagement
Manage inbound inquiries via WeChat, WhatsApp, and proprietary CRM
Conduct virtual property showings using Matterport/Zoom
Coordinate multilingual document translations for transactions
Transaction Support
E-signature management for cross-border deals
Schedule due diligence activities across time zones
Maintain investor update portals with market analytics
Cultural Bridging
Adapt communications for Eastern/Western business norms
Explain Canadian real estate concepts in culturally-relevant terms
Facilitate virtual notary sessions for overseas clients
Technical Requirements
Essential Qualifications
Native Mandarin + business-level English (written/spoken)
1+ years real estate admin/sales experience
Proficiency with:
WeCom & Chinese social platforms
RealMaster or similar Asian-market CRMs
DocuSign/HelloSign
Preferred Assets
Understanding of Chinese investment regulations
Experience with luxury property markets
Basic video editing skills for property showcases

60,000?60,000?75,000 base + performance bonuses
