Description: The incumbent will be responsible for passenger assistance & support, treatment of post travel complaints, reservation requests for our customers, requests for information on products and occasional overnight emergency phone coverage. Responsibilities
Provide passenger assistance
Respond to complaints post travel
Facilitate emergency cell phone coverage
Process new reservations, cancellations, and amendments to existing reservations
Respond to queries regarding itinerary products and services from clients, and suppliers
Build relationships with key clients and key suppliers
Maintain high level of Canadian Tourism product and geographical knowledge of Canada
Proof reservations to ensure the accuracy and smooth running of booked itineraries
Assist in the completion of any projects, as assigned
Position Requirements:
Must be able to communicate effectively orally & written in German or French
In addition, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Japanese is an asset.
Post-Secondary School Education
2 to 3 years of Tourism or Customer Service experience
Ability to work under pressure and multi-task
Must be able to work evenings and weekends
Strong attention to detail and autonomy
Dedicated to a high level of customer service
Able to plan, organize and set priorities & manage processes
