Contract length: 6 months Salary: $20.00 per hour Benefits:

- 6-months contract
- Remote work available
- Tourism industry
- Provide passenger assistance
- Respond to complaints post travel
- Facilitate emergency cell phone coverage
- Process new reservations, cancellations, and amendments to existing reservations
- Respond to queries regarding itinerary products and services from clients, and suppliers
- Build relationships with key clients and key suppliers
- Maintain high level of Canadian Tourism product and geographical knowledge of Canada
- Proof reservations to ensure the accuracy and smooth running of booked itineraries
- Assist in the completion of any projects, as assigned
- Must be able to communicate effectively orally & written in German or French
- In addition, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Japanese is an asset.
- Post-Secondary School Education
- 2 to 3 years of Tourism or Customer Service experience
- Ability to work under pressure and multi-task
- Must be able to work evenings and weekends
- Strong attention to detail and autonomy
- Dedicated to a high level of customer service
- Able to plan, organize and set priorities & manage processes
Contract length: 6 months Salary: $20.00 per hour Benefits:
