ONSITE POSITION
Position: Bilingual Customer Service Agent
Duration: 6 month contract (potential to extend or even obtain permanence) ...

Location: At the border of Westmount and Downtown Montreal
Salary: $21 - $23 hourly
Schedule: Daytime Full-time

** Fluency level English with minimum Intermediate Level French required !

  • Audit customer contact information

Qualifications
  • Logistic and transportation experience an asset
  • Sales Force /CRM an asset
  • Good typing speed with high accuracy
  • Demonstrate a great capacity of adaptation and autonomy
  • Communication skills in both French and English (spoken and written)
  • Thorough knowledge of the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point)
