We are looking for bilingual customer service representatives to work for a large Canadian company!
Salary: $21 - $24 per hour, upon experience
Schedule: 9 to 5 or 8 to 4 Monday to Friday, possibility of overtime only if needed
Location: on site at the office located in downtown Montreal

Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Agent, you will:
-Receive calls and emails from clients and assist them with various inquiries
-Provide direction and information to clients regarding their order or billing questions
-Document any issues for future review purposes
-Complete work orders and account creation
-Adhere to company policies and procedures to meet customer satisfaction standards
- Printing cards for users and sending them internally
Qualifications
As a customer service agent, you must possess the following qualifications:
- Pay close attention to detail
- Ability to be well organized
- Ability to work with Excel (basic)
- Experience in customer service
- Enjoy doing data entry
- Bilingual in French and English
- Experience in logistics (an asset)
