Key Qualifications Key Qualifications

• 3 - 5 years of experience in training delivery, video production, or communications
• Strong facilitator with experience delivering training courses (both virtual and in-person) and a proven ability to engage diverse audiences over various mediums
• Proficiency and passion for video content and production (i.e. storyboarding, script writing, video production, editing and post-production)
• Strong video editing skills, highly proficient in Final Cut Pro, Motion, (Adobe Suite a plus) and post-production workflows including audio mixing, colour correction, and visual effects
• Solid understanding of training strategy and delivery, curriculum development and instructional design
• Proven ability to thrive in a constantly changing environment and work a flexible schedule
• Strong organizational and business planning skills
• Self-motivated learner with a passion for innovation and a willingness to challenge the status quo
• Outstanding presentation, written & verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English and French is required

What you\'ll be doing: Supporting the delivery of sales training content to our Apple Sellers and partners across the sales channel, in both French and English which includes: - Creating and recording video-on-demand content - Delivering instructor-led workshops, both virtual and in-person - Shooting original training clips that engages our community of learners - Editing video content for our training platforms - Participate and contribute to the full production life-cycle of Apple\'s training content, from inception to publish And a little bit of\xe2\x80\xa6 - Post-production workflows, including audio, colour correction and publishing - Assist in the creation of graphics that will inspire and attract new learners - Create new and innovative pieces of training content to engage our partners - Support the creation of job aids and static resources for our learning platform - Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to provide input on course content - Maintain extensive knowledge of course materials, Apple products, solutions, and markets to effectively deliver training in a professional manner

Bachelor\'s Degree or related experience Experience in digital content creation or influencer-style content would be considered an asset
