Bilingual Talent Assessment Specialist

CA, Canada

Job Description

About the role

Adecco is hiring a Bilingual Talent Assessment Specialist with a focus on creating an exceptional candidate experience throughout the Adecco recruitment and hiring process. We are looking for a dynamic self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be interacting with applicants to complete the prescreening process, as well as overseeing and extending conditional offers. If you have a customer centric attitude and bring a positive growth mindset, we will train you on all the how-to's for this role! Bilingualism, fluent in both verbal and written communication, is a requirement to be considered for this opportunity.

This position is remote and candidates can be located anywhere in Canada. Adecco believes in offering flexibility to work in the way that makes you most productive. As part of the Assessment team, you would be collaborating with all our Strategic Central Delivery partners to work with applicants processed by our Sourcing team, and upon determining if they meet the minimum requirements to be submitted to an active customer order, you would align next steps with the Onboarding team. This is an opportunity to join a global brand that is committed to making the future work for everyone. That includes our own colleagues too.

Adecco is one of the world's leading HR Solutions Providers and by joining our company you can reap the rewards, recognition and benefits of a company that is big enough to make an impact, but small enough to care. We empower our people to carve their own career paths their way. After all, it's only natural that a people-focused organization should be focused on its own people too. We look out for each other and work together to overcome whatever challenges come our way. If you want to be in a role that is at the forefront of helping Adecco to continue to build an inclusive culture, then keep reading.

What you'll be doing

Communicating and coordinating with candidates to complete the pre-screening processes and activities to confirm their eligibility to be added to the Talent Pool or to be put forward for an active customer order. Facilitating the completion of applicable pre-screening and testing and updating the candidate's profile in the Associate Tracking System (ATS) to reflect the actives completed as well as the results/skills. Extending conditional offers and attaching candidates to orders in the ATS, if applicable. Overseeing the handoff to the Onboarding and Placement team, ensuring a smooth transition and positive experience for the candidate. Assisting with scheduling paperwork sessions with the field when needed. Maximizing Adecco's office technology to ensure optimum, cost-effective, timely and high-quality results.

About you

We want to set you up for success! To help us do that, here is what we are looking for from you:

Excellent social and communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to interact and communicate effectively with candidates, and with varying levels of staff and management. Superior organizational skills. While meeting deadlines consistently, can effectively manage multiple tasks, and prioritize any new tasks as required. Proven consistently high levels of customer service performance, with an ability to build and maintain strong candidate relationships. Display a willingness to partner and work as part of a team, assisting others when required and maintaining effective working relationships. Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs. A minimum of one (1) year related experience, ideally in a service-oriented environment. Working knowledge of recruitment processes, labour and employment laws and general HR practices would be an asset. Proficiency in Microsoft products, including Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook. Completion of post-secondary education in related field or years of equivalent experience demonstrating progressive responsibility. Bilingualism (French/English) is required.
