Publicis Groupe is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the HR team in Quebec!

You will contribute to the success of Publicis Quebec agencies including Nurun, Publicis Montreal, Martel & Company, and Publicis Media by supporting the goal of being an employer of choice and attracting talent to fill vacancies on our teams. You are the go-to person for all aspects of talent attraction at Publicis Quebec. Your market knowledge and data skills allow you to not only quickly find the best talent, but also to regularly advise leadership. All with pleasure!

What do you need to succeed? Creativity, drive, excellent communication skills in both English and French, and a good understanding of the technical and creative roles you will be working on.



Your day today:

• Conduct the full cycle recruitment process for IT, Media and Advertising positions. This includes taking requirements, postings, conducting phone screening, interviews, negotiations, and presenting the offer for our different agencies.
• Sourcing to find the best candidate for our needs
• Implement talent attraction strategies both internally and externally
• Carry out proactive recruitment via various social media and recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Infopresse, etc)
• Participate in networking and recruiting events
• Maintain strong relationships with various educational institutions and identify partnership opportunities
• Ensure and oversee an impeccable candidate experience
• Maximize the use of the ATS Smart Recruiter to produce reliable metrics and ensure project progress status
• Exercise an advisory role to teams, in addition to coaching and training them on best practices in talent acquisition
• Collaborate with other members of the team to develop and implement effective talent acquisition processes
• Collaborate with other members of the HR, D&I, L&D team in Montreal and Toronto for all other related tasks to ensure the smooth running of the department
• Consistently act as an ambassador for the Publicis Quebec group

Qualifications

• You are a relationship builder, experienced, self-starter and have a good ability to manage different project
• Significant experience recruiting in IT, Advertising, Media, and in Marketing (+2 years)
• Must have a university degree in a related field: human resources, industrial relations, psychology, sociology etc.
• Experience and comfort navigating a fast-paced, and high-volume environment
• Good knowledge of agency environment and its multiple facets is a plus
• Proficient in the use of an ATS. (Smart Recruiter, a very strong asset) and know how to fully leverage LinkedIn as a posting, sourcing and attraction tool
• Excellent interpersonal skills, confidentiality, and good judgment
• Bilingual FR/ENG is required
