DescriptionThis Bilingual Staff Accountant Position Features:

  • Monday- Friday
  • 2 days a week on site, 3 days WFH
  • Great Pay to $68K
KEY RESPONSIBILITIESPayroll Administration:\xc2\xb7 Prepare payroll and contribution payments, which includes (bi-weekly payroll, bi-weekly RRSP and DPSP contributions, and miscellaneous tax submissions)Customer Collections:\xc2\xb7 Communicate effectively with clients to collect outstanding balances.\xc2\xb7 Collaborate with internal departments and clients to monitor and solve any sales invoice discrepancies.\xc2\xb7 Advise on credit limits set for each customer in compliance with the company\'s internal policies and procedures.Accounts Payable:\xc2\xb7 Prepare and process payments for suppliers and other parties and reconcile their accounts.\xc2\xb7 Verify and input the company\'s credit card transactions.\xc2\xb7 Review & approve expense reports in accordance with the company\'s and accounting guidelines.Other:\xc2\xb7 Complete monthly Bank reconciliations\xc2\xb7 Assist in month-end closing process.\xc2\xb7 Assist with internal and external audit requests.
