Position Overview



We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Shift Supervisor to oversee operations during assigned shifts at our Heytea store. In this role, you will lead a team to ensure efficient store performance, uphold service quality, and maintain high operational standards. As a Shift Supervisor, you will be a critical part of the Heytea brand's continued expansion and reputation for excellence in the food and beverage industry.

Key Responsibilities



Supervise daily store operations during assigned shifts, ensuring efficient workflows and compliance with company standards. Lead, coach, and motivate staff to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain overall operational excellence. Resolve customer concerns and handle issues professionally to ensure customer satisfaction. Oversee cash handling, POS operations, and end-of-shift cash reconciliation. Monitor inventory levels, complete stock checks, and communicate restocking needs to management. Ensure proper execution of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation practices; complete routine checks such as temperature logs and cleaning schedules. Assist with onboarding and training new employees and provide ongoing performance feedback. Support store marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns during shifts. Manage task assignments and delegate responsibilities to team members. Execute opening and/or closing procedures, ensuring all operational checklists are completed. Maintain a safe and compliant environment by following provincial health regulations and company policies.

Qualifications



Minimum of 2+ years of experience in food service and retail management -- preferably in a supervisory or lead role. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities. Comfortable with cash handling and POS operations. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. (Considered a strong asset) Valid Food Handler Certificate (Considered a strong asset) Experience in bubble tea, cafe, or similar F&B environments (Considered a strong asset) Multilingual abilities (e.g., English, Mandarin, Cantonese)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
