One of our banking clients is looking for a Bilingual Service Representative (Major Bank)
Length: 3 months contract with possibility of extension or conversion to perm
Location: Montreal, QC - 4 days a week onsite
Working hours: 8:30am-4:30pm
Line of Business: Deposit & Payments

ROLE MANDATE:
Require someone to assist with higher volumes within the Deposit & Payments department

MUST HAVE REQUIREMENTS:
- Bilingual: medium or higher level required in spoken - French & English
- Data recollection, multitask between 2-3 applications
- Able to work onsite - 4 days a week
- Basic / Medium knowledge with Excel. Just to compile / filter data. Nothing too advance - filter, sort, conditional formatting, highlighting
- Experience using Microsoft Outlook & Teams

NICE TO HAVE:
- Customer service experience
- Previous banking experience
- Detail orientated

EDUCATION:
- High-school diploma
