Position: Bilingual Service Coordinator
Location: Ottawa (hybrid)
Salary: $19 per hour + 4% vacation pay
Job Type: ASAP - 6 months contract (with high possibility of extension or permanency)

We are looking for a Bilingual Service Coordinator for our Ottawa-based client. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is a great opportunity to build on professional experience. These opportunities will begin as a 6-month contract, however there is a high chance at permanent employment thereafter.

What you will do:

- Monitor daily workload of all service requests
- Receive calls and email requests from customers for various service, maintenance, billing and daily operations requests
- Create and follow-up work orders and schedule preventive maintenance
- Assist co-workers with day-to-day operations and provide administrative support

The experience you have:

- You have 3-5 years of experience in providing coordination services (experience with dispatching an asset)
- You are service and customer oriented - actively looking to help people
- You have the ability to communicate clearly, multitask, identify problems and take action
- You can obtain/pass a criminal background check
- You are bilingual in both English and French (written and spoken)
