We are a small but mighty team of creative, passionate, and agile individuals responsible for a Salesforce instance that supports over 1,500 B2C and B2B sales team members. Our mandate is to ensure the right information is available to our workforces and remove the barrier to sell more with less effort. What you'll do

• Development of declarative CRM configuration and customization changes
• Participate in business user facing discussions around future system enhancement requests
• Data manipulation via data loader and backup/restore solutions
• Coordinates and leads configuration and integration updates
• Produce documentation, including functional and technical designs following best practices, and end-user guides. Maintain detailed system configuration and architectural documentation on an ongoing basis
• Analyze and troubleshoot reported system issues
• Maintain knowledge of new updates/improvements coming in releases, and relay that information to the business in order to maximize our use of Salesforce

Qualifications

What you bring

• 2+ years experience in managing Salesforce environments
• "Salesforce Certified Administrator" and or "Advanced Administrator" credentials
• Proficiency with Salesforce.com administration, including the use of custom and standard objects and knowledge creating and upkeeping flows and triggers
• Demonstrated ability to learn and embrace new technologies, applications, and solutions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French is a must
• Be part of and contribute to agile team culture: collaboration, transparency, continuous improvement

Great-to-haves

• Experience working in an agile environment and using Atlasssian (JIRA) tools and Salesforce DevOps experience, particularly sprint planning and assessments
• Working knowledge or relational databases, including work with MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle, or other common RDBMS
• Experience leveraging ETL's, including work with Informatica or MuleSoft
• Experience in a telecommunications or related industry vertical #LI-Remote
