About the Role



We are seeking a dynamic

Bilingual Sales Manager

to lead our medical disposables sales portfolio across Canada. This role requires strong expertise in healthcare sales, the ability to develop long-term customer relationships, and the leadership skills to drive business growth. Fluency in both

French and English

is essential to serve our diverse client base across Canada, including hospitals, clinics, long-term care facilities, and government institutions.

Key Responsibilities



Sales Growth & Strategy

Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share in medical disposables. Identify new business opportunities and secure contracts with healthcare institutions and government bodies. Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers. Provide product education, training, and ongoing support to healthcare professionals. Act as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.

Team Leadership & Development

Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives. Support team performance through training, coaching, and effective territory management. Foster a culture of accountability, customer focus, and continuous improvement.

Market Intelligence & Reporting

Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments. Provide detailed sales reports, forecasts, and insights to senior management. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales initiatives with business goals.

Qualifications & Skills



Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field (MBA an asset). Minimum 5+ years of sales experience in medical disposables, medical devices, or healthcare supplies. Proven track record of managing and growing key accounts. Strong leadership experience with demonstrated success in managing a sales team. Excellent communication and presentation skills in

both English and French

. Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Ability to travel nationally as required.

Base Pay: $66,400.00-$77,002.50 per year
