Sales Manager

to lead our team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in car sales, proven leadership skills, and an ability to analyze market trends. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, building strong client relationships, and ensuring our team exceeds sales targets.

Responsibilities:



Lead and manage the sales team to achieve revenue goals and objectives. Monitor floor sales traffic and manage internet leads daily. Engage in advertising and promotional activities. Conduct sales huddles with the team to review performance and set goals. Appraise trade-in vehicles. Handle managerial duties. Develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with company goals. Foster strong relationships with clients through exceptional customer service. Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities and reporting performance metrics. Provide training and mentorship to team members to enhance their negotiation and sales skills. Monitor team performance through regular analysis of key performance indicators.

Qualifications:



Bilingual (French/English) is required. Experience in a sales manager position. OMVIC license and a full driver's license are mandatory. Strong management experience with a track record of leading successful teams. Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively. Proficiency in CRM software for managing customer relationships. Exceptional analytical skills to assess market data and make informed decisions. Demonstrated leadership abilities with a focus on motivating and developing team members. Strong communication skills with an emphasis on customer service excellence. A background in marketing is a plus but not mandatory. Experience in selling cars is preferred. Knowledge of desking software.

Hours:



5 days a week, 42 hours per week. Must be available for some Saturdays each month and a couple of weeknights per week (until 7 p.m.).

Salary:



Ranges from $80,000 to $140,00 plus including bonuses.

Potential taxable benefits, cellular phone, company vehicle (demo) and gas included.
