JOB SUMMARY


The Sales Manager is responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, assisting customers with their masonry and concrete needs, and driving sales across the business. This role involves comprehensive product knowledge, helping maintain accurate inventory levels, and supporting overall store operations to ensure customer satisfaction and business success.

RESPONSIBILITIES



Assist customers in selecting masonry and concrete products that meet their project needs. Provide detailed and accurate product information, usage recommendations, and application techniques. Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately. Assist with inventory management, including restocking product, conducting inventory counts, and managing stock levels. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and effectively. Participate in promotional activities, product demonstrations, and training sessions (occasional nights and weekends). Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the overall company performance goals. Manage and grow sales within Moncton and surrounding markets. Provide ongoing support to branch operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day workflow. Coordinate and schedule deliveries in collaboration with logistics and yard teams. Work closely with yard staff to ensure product availability, accuracy, and timely order fulfillment. Partner with other sales associates to build strong customer relationships and identify new business opportunities. Maintain product knowledge across concrete, landscape, and masonry categories. Track sales activity, prepare reports, and support forecasting. Work closely with Office Administrator in Dartmouth on orders and sales invoicing.

EDUCATION



High school diploma or equivalent; additional vocational training or certifications in relevant fields is a plus.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE



Previous experience in a retail sales role, preferably. Customer service experience is essential. Bilingual (French & English) is a 'must have'.

PERFERED EXPERIENCE



Previous sales experience in the masonry or concrete industry.

SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS



Forklift license (can be trained)high-performing sales team while contributing significantly to company growth.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $80,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
