We are looking for a bilingual (English and French) Furniture Sales Manager to lead our sales team and ensure the success of our store.
Job Overview:
As a Furniture Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store's sales activities. You will lead a team of sales associates, motivate them, and ensure that our customers receive exceptional service. The ideal candidate will have proven sales experience, the ability to meet and exceed sales targets, excellent team management skills, and the ability to maintain a clean and attractive store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Leadership & Quota Management:
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales associates to meet and exceed sales goals and monthly quotas.
Track sales performance and provide regular feedback to the team to improve results.
Take responsibility for your own sales performance while ensuring the team meets its targets.
Implement sales strategies to increase revenue, improve conversion rates, and enhance customer satisfaction.
2. Customer Relationship Management:
Oversee customer service efforts to ensure that all customers receive high-quality service, from initial contact to post-sale follow-up.
Handle customer complaints, resolve issues or disputes professionally and promptly.
Build strong relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
Offer personalized advice and exceptional service to help customers make the best product choices.
3. In-Store Operations & Product Presentation:
Ensure that the store is always clean, well-organized, and visually appealing, with properly displayed mattresses, furniture, and accessories.
Supervise inventory management and ensure that products are available and properly displayed.
Ensure that store opening and closing procedures are followed, and company policies are adhered to by the team.
4. Social Media & Marketing:
Actively participate in creating content for social media (including Reels, Stories, and Posts) to promote products and generate leads.
Encourage the team to engage in social media campaigns to increase brand visibility and attract customers to the store.
Use social media platforms to enhance the customer experience, offer promotions, and announce special events.
5. Sales Training & Development:
Provide ongoing training, coaching, and mentoring to sales associates to enhance their product knowledge, sales skills, and customer service.
Organize regular meetings to review team performance, discuss objectives, and propose strategies for improvement.
Keep the team informed about new products, in-store promotions, and sales techniques.
6. Sales Reporting & Strategy:
Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and report to management.
Analyze sales trends and customer behavior to refine strategies and optimize sales results.
Participate in developing promotions and events to drive foot traffic and increase sales volumes.
7. Team Collaboration & Support:
Work closely with other managers and team members to ensure the smooth operation of the store.
Foster a collaborative and motivating atmosphere where every team member is encouraged to succeed and contribute to the company's growth.
Ensure that all staff follow company policies and stay informed about the products offered.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in the furniture sector, with a minimum of [X] years of team management experience.
Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
Bilingual Proficiency:
Fluent in both French and English (spoken and written) to communicate effectively with a diverse clientele.

In-Store Operations:
Strong organizational skills to ensure the store is well-presented, inventory is managed effectively, and daily operations run smoothly.
Problem-Solving:
Ability to resolve customer complaints and operational challenges efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in point-of-sale (POS) systems, social media tools, and office software to manage sales, inventory, and customer interactions.
