About Our Client:Our client has a global presence in the Real Estate industry, with over 10 years of successful international operations. They are currently seeking a strong Financial Planning & Analysis Manager for a permanent opportunity.Responsibilities:
- End-to-end annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting
- Support with forecasting processing improvements
- Support with preparation of the monthly management reporting package
- Perform monthly variance analysis
- Identify new ways to improve and implement processes as well as internal controls
- Support with preparation of MD&A
- Other duties as assigned
- CPA Designation
- 3+ years of FP&A experience in with a publicly traded company; preferably real estate
- 1+ years of financial reporting and variance analysis experience
- Experience working in a public accounting firm is an asset
- Strong IFRS knowledge
- Advanced MS Excel skills and ERP experience
- Someone that can work well individually but also a great team player
