Adecco is hiring a Bilingual Recruitment Marketing Coordinator to join our very own Adecco family in a permanent role. The successful candidate will be responsible for the creation and monitoring of job postings and other recruitment marketing activities to support all our Canadian delivery channels including branches, onsite operations and our Strategic Central Talent Hub. As part of the national marketing team, this role will leverage programmatic recruitment technology and assist with monitoring job posting performance to ensure the necessary applicant flow is achieved and maximum ROI is realized. French/English Bilingualism, fluent in both verbal and written communication, is a requirement to be considered for this opportunity. What you'll be doing
Working closely with various delivery channels including field branches, onsites and talent hub, providing efficient and effective job posting and recruitment marketing support.
Receiving requests through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and creating, posting and monitoring job postings, ensuring Search Engine Optimization (SEO) best practices are followed.
In collaboration with the Lead, Recruitment Marketing, creating and actioning the monthly job board plan.
Monitoring job posting performance, sharing analysis and insight with the various delivery channels, and providing suggestions to ensure the necessary applicant flow meets requirements and maximum ROI is being achieved.
Performing other duties and participating in special projects as required.
About you

Completion of post-secondary education or years of equivalent experience demonstrating progressive responsibility
A minimum of two (2) years of administrative, customer service or recruitment work experience
Knowledge of SEO best practices
Proficient in PC software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams
French/English Bilingualism, fluent in both verbal and written communication
Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal
Proven consistently high levels of customer service performance, with an ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues in a team-oriented environment.
