We're looking for a

Bilingual Recruiter

(French/English) to join our Montreal team. In this role, you'll be the

go-to recruitment expert

for the company--managing the full cycle from sourcing and screening to onboarding. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a direct impact and shape the future of our growing organization.

What you'll do:

Take charge of the

entire recruitment cycle

across all roles and departments. Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and provide strategic guidance. Source, screen, and interview top candidates to ensure the perfect fit. Create an exceptional candidate experience at every step. Support employer branding initiatives to attract the best talent in Montreal and beyond.

What you bring:

Bilingual fluency

in French & English (written and spoken). Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment. Strong organizational and communication skills--you can juggle multiple priorities with ease. Confidence and independence--you'll be the sole recruiter, so ownership is key! A positive, energetic attitude and a genuine passion for connecting with people.
