We are seeking an Bilingual Experienced Hire Recruiter.
We call our human resources group the Talent Team, and this reflects how important our people are to the success of the EY organization. Working with the Talent Team, you\xe2\x80\x99ll help develop and execute our recruiting strategy, which provides the programs, measures and tools that help EY employees achieve their goals.
Working as a valued member of Canada\xe2\x80\x99s Talent Team, the Experienced Hire Recruiter will have the opportunity to deliver a best-in-class candidate experience and identify talent directly for EY. The Recruiter will act as a business partner to internal and external stakeholders and have the ability to implement best practice strategies to deliver end-to-end recruitment processes across their portfolio.
Your key responsibilities
The Bilingual Experienced Hire Recruiter will spend most of their time independently driving the planning, coordination and delivery of recruitment for the specific service lines and sub service lines that make up their portfolio. Partners, Directors and Senior Managers will look to you for best practice, market insights and the ability to source exceptional talent. While communicating with potential new joiners, you will act as an ambassador, embodying the EY culture and reputation.
