Duffy Treatment Services is looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist with bookkeeping skills to join our growing team in Moncton.

What You'll Do
Greet clients and answer phones in both French and English
Schedule appointments and manage calendars
Handle basic bookkeeping (invoicing, data entry, payment processing)
Support the sales team and assist with customer inquiries (bonus eligible)
Keep office operations running smoothly with administrative support
What We're Looking For
Fluency in French and English - Required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic bookkeeping or accounting software knowledge
Organized, punctual, and able to multitask in a busy environment
Prior receptionist or administrative experience is an asset
