• Collaborate with global quality, process improvement and delivery teams to define learning requirements and establish quality methodologies.
• Educate, socialize, and audit quality processes organization-wide.
• Oversee all quality activities including compliance audits, issue resolution, and provide quality assurance approvals.
• Review documentation and ensure compliance with project-specific requirements.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will assist with completing French quality assurance evaluations
• Complete quality audits of tickets as per the agreed upon schedule
• Participate in calibration sessions with internal stakeholders and or client
• Maintain all quality assurance metrics
Basic Qualifications:
• Advanced proficiency in Quality Assurance (QA).
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in relevant related skills.
• High School Diploma/GED in relevant field of studies
• Fluent in both French and English
Professional Skill Requirements
• Advanced Data Audit and Profiling is preferred.
• Intermediate ISO Standard is preferred.
• Advanced Quality Management is preferred
• Minimum of one skillset--PCO, SDMO, or Retail T2--and meeting current metrics.
• Quality and or coaching experience
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Able to maintain data confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism
• Strong attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines
• Exceptional written communication skills
• Quick learner
• Results oriented and flexible
• Able to work all shifts, as needed
