Contribute to Urban Barn's commitment to exceptional customer service. As an Order Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting and following up on customer orders to ensure their accuracy and ensuring the flow of product from the warehouse to our customers is seamless.
Our Order Administration team works Monday to Friday, between the hours of 8:30am and 5:00pm. We are looking for candidates who are available to work full-time (40 hours per week).
What You Will Do:
Complete customer order administration and organize shipping logistics
Review and troubleshoot orders for accuracy
Collaborate to resolve order issues, and provide status updates
Communicate with 3PL partners to manage order shipment and delivery
Manage and support E-Commerce orders and shipping logistics
Assist with warehouse inventory management
What You Bring:
Experience in customer orders and support roles preferred
Experience in an office environment preferred
Intermediate MS Outlook and Excel; working knowledge of SAP considered an asset
Strong verbal and written communication skills; customer service skills considered an asset
Multitasking and time management skills
Positive attitude and ability to stay calm, cool, and collected
Ability to work at a desk and on a computer for 95% of the day
Fluency in both English and French
