Execute transactions with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring (SLA\'s) adherence to established guidelines and procedures.
Refer or escalate operational issues promptly, leveraging a deep understanding of the problem to connect with the appropriate teams for resolution.
Proactively identify opportunities to enhance service delivery, contributing to operational excellence.
Provide support to internal partners by validating information and performing necessary adjustments within authorized limits.
Engage with partners effectively, responding to inquiries and requests in a professional and timely manner.
Adhere to enterprise frameworks and methodologies that relate to operations activities for own area (e.g. Anti-Money Laundering, Business Continuity Management)
Bilingual Operations I Qualifications:Minimum 1-2 years of experience in operations management, administration, or related fields.
Fluent in both French and English (written and verbal)
Previous client-facing experience, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Business Continuity Management (BCM) frameworks preferred.
Employment Details:Salary: $25 an hour
Benefits: 40 Hours Weekly, Hybrid (2 days on-site, 3 days remote)
Duration: 6 months contract with possibility of extension
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00AM to 5:00PM.
