Responsibilities \xc2\xb7 Coordinate and manage the most efficient loads to remain cost-effective as a company, combining shipments based on their routes and timeline \xc2\xb7 Determine the best delivery methods and negotiate rates \xc2\xb7 Facilitate the shipping of products from one destination to another \xc2\xb7 Prepares loads for shipment \xc2\xb7 Manages activities throughout the order fulfilment and transportation cycle to make sure established deadlines are met \xc2\xb7 Continually reviews freight costs, transportation rates, and/or the prices of raw materials to keep costs down where possible \xc2\xb7 Plan and track the shipment of final products according to the requirements \xc2\xb7 Prepare accurate reports in requested system for upper management \xc2\xb7 Data entry in company database for loads/items \xc2\xb7 Relay information back to site supervisors if trucks are delayed or change in schedule. \xc2\xb7 Communicate with drivers, vendors, managers, customers, and other dispatchers; \xc2\xb7 carrying out tasks on other assigned projects as needed Minimum Requirements:

• Required experience: minimum 2-year working experience in Logistics in Canada
• Experience in local tracing.
• Required skills: intermediate level of using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, strong verbal and written skills in English
