: In this role you will assist and support our Client Service Team with daily administrative functions providing first rate customer service within established service standards.
What you will do
Provide administrative support to our Client Service team with output assembly and data entry.
Perform Medical Information Bureau checks.
Open and sort incoming mail. Re-direct mail or emails received in error.
Communicate verbally and in writing to clients, advisors and to our field offices.
Correspond and review forms in English and French.
Responsible for understanding existing guidelines, distribution channels and system processes.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both in both English and French

Proficient PC skills using MS Office products.
