In this role you will assist and support our Client Service Team with daily administrative functions providing first rate customer service within established service standards.


What you will do
  • Provide administrative support to our Client Service team with output assembly and data entry.
  • Perform Medical Information Bureau checks.
  • Open and sort incoming mail. Re-direct mail or emails received in error.
  • Communicate verbally and in writing to clients, advisors and to our field offices.
  • Correspond and review forms in English and French.
  • Responsible for understanding existing guidelines, distribution channels and system processes.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both in both English and French
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and adjust to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Proven ability to learn and grasp new concepts, with high attention to detail.
  • Proficient PC skills using MS Office products.
  • Ability to remain flexible and work as part of a team as well as independently.
