Qui Nous Sommes
Komutel est \xc3\xa0 la recherche d\xe2\x80\x99un(e) Technicien(nne) support installation pour son bureau de Saint-Georges possibilit\xc3\xa9 de t\xc3\xa9l\xc3\xa9travail. Komutel est une entreprise de haute technologie en pleine expansion, qui se sp\xc3\xa9cialise dans le d\xc3\xa9veloppement et la mise en march\xc3\xa9 de solutions de t\xc3\xa9l\xc3\xa9communications et d\xe2\x80\x99interop\xc3\xa9rabilit\xc3\xa9 grandement innovatrices. Sous la supervision du responsable du service \xc3\xa0 la client\xc3\xa8le, le technicien support technique/service \xc3\xa0 la client\xc3\xa8le doit r\xc3\xa9pondre aux questions et supporter la client\xc3\xa8le par rapport aux divers logiciels.
Le R\xc3\xb4le
  • Installer et configurer les logiciels de Komutel \xc3\xa0 distance ou directement chez le client
  • Analyser et r\xc3\xa9soudre les probl\xc3\xa8mes reli\xc3\xa9s aux mises en route et aux incidents, en recommandant les mesures n\xc3\xa9cessaires
  • Informer le charg\xc3\xa9 de projet de tout incident ou probl\xc3\xa8me rencontr\xc3\xa9 lors de l\xe2\x80\x99implantation
  • Donner les formations n\xc3\xa9cessaires aux utilisateurs
  • Documenter les interventions avec la client\xc3\xa8le
  • S\xe2\x80\x99assurer du transfert des informations des projets avec le d\xc3\xa9partement de service \xc3\xa0 la client\xc3\xa8le

Exigences
  • Technique en informatique ou toute combinaison \xc3\xa9tude/exp\xc3\xa9rience pertinente;
  • Bilinguisme obligatoire afin de pouvoir communiquer avec nos clients tant francophones qu\xe2\x80\x99anglophones (Canada/USA)
  • Connaissance SQL requise
  • Disponibilit\xc3\xa9 \xc3\xa0 voyager (poss\xc3\xa9der un passeport et un permis de conduire classe 5 valide)
  • La connaissance du domaine de la t\xc3\xa9l\xc3\xa9phonie et/ou dans le domaine 911 sont des atouts

This position will provide continuous support and exemplary customer service to our incredible public sector clients in their ongoing efforts to best serve our communities.
Komutel is currently looking for an Installation Support Technician for its Saint-Georges office. Komutel is a fast-growing high-tech company specializing in the development and commercialization of highly innovative telecommunications and interoperability solutions. Under the supervision of the Customer Service Manager, the technical support/customer service technician must answer questions and support the customer regarding various software.
The Role
  • Install and configure Komutel software remotely or directly at the customer
  • Analyze and resolve problems related to start-ups and incidents, recommending the necessary measures
  • Inform the project manager of any incident or problem encountered during implementation
  • Provide the necessary training to users
  • Document interventions with clients
  • Ensure the transfer of project information with the customer service department

What You\'ll Bring
  • Computer technology or any relevant study/experience combination
  • Mandatory bilingualism to be able to communicate with our French-speaking and English-speaking customers (Canada/USA)
  • SQL knowledge required
  • Availability to travel (have a passport and a valid class 5 driver\'s license)
  • Knowledge of the telephony field and/or in the 911 field (assets)
