Job Description

We are looking for a Bilingual (EN/FR) HR Manager for a non-profit organization located in downtown Ottawa. This is a full time permanent position performed on-site where you\'d be responsible for all aspects of HR from both a strategic and day-to-day perspective. You are the representative of the company and the advocate for employees. This organization offers a rewarding, collaborative environment with opportunities in organizational development, compensation, labor relations and special projects.Responsibilities:-Assess and update programs and policies-Ensure collective agreements are up to date and liaise with union representatives-Workforce planning-Manage all recruitment, selection, hiring and onboarding processes-Work on special projects as needed-Foster a collaborative, inclusive environment-Provide strategic advice to management and stakeholders-Oversee HR, payroll and compensation and benefitsQualifications:-Fluency in both official languages (EN/FR)-7+ years experience in HR Management-Previous experience in non-profit, national association or healthcare is an asset-CHRP, CHRL designation is mandatoryThis is an opportunity to work in a collaborative environment where you will be part of an organization that gives back to the community.
