What is the opportunity?
This position is responsible for managing all GSI administration including new cases and additional enrolments in the Client Acquisition and Service Division at RBC Insurance. This includes coordinating the activities of the internal and external business partners to create a controlled environment for processing GSI applications and questions. All requests should be handled with high priority to ensure fast and effective turnaround time ensuring a seamless delivery of the GSI experience. Committed to embrace Client First values and goals, deepen client relationships, become innovative, and be accountable for performance metrics. Demonstrate collaborative relationships with all clients and service partners, and a great level of skill and knowledge in the job.
