About the role Working within our Group Benefits team you will provide prompt, courteous and effective client service to individual Group Benefits Plan participants in a call center environment. You will address clients\xe2\x80\x99 insurance requirements, using established procedures in a fast-paced environment, and help build and maintain business relationships with members and clients. You drive results by reviewing information requests for specialized products and services. The Group Benefits Administrator is a customer-focused role, answering queries from clients via telephone and email. A key attribute to the success of this role is the ability to effectively communicate the information both in writing and verbally. Strong customer service skills are required.
