Job Description

Funding Specialist/Administrative Associate Needed Full Time In North York. Must be Bilingual in French and English.

Full Time 8 hour shifts between the hours of 830am and 8pm Monday To Friday, Must be available for a flexible schedule.

Must be fluent in both English and French (Reading writing speaking understanding) With experience in Administrative work. Experience within the Financial industry and Post Secondary education in a related field preferred.

- $20hr plus 4% vacation pay

Responsibilities
-Responsible for auditing completed deals on a weekly basis
-Completion of Funding process every Friday according to procedures
-Upload funded deals to eLease to commence billing
-NOSI registrations and NOSI discharges as required
-Manage Postponement and Discharges inboxes
-Assist with financial auditing when requested
