Working with more than 15 requisitions at a time for dispatcher and clerk positions
Someone who like a challenge when it comes to recruitment, some roles are not easy to fill.
Thinks of outside box and is a go- getter
Creative in sourcing (indeed, LinkedIn, social media, referrals etc)Experience/requirements for role:Preference is for someone who comes from Transportation or Logistics
Someone who has worked in an agency setting is fine as well
Minimum 2 years of TA/Recruitment exp full cycle
They will be recruiting high volume
Roles will typically be for drivers/dispatcher/billing clerks etc.
position is very busy so person needs to be organized and used to working in fast paced environments
Person must be comfortable working in a high demand role.
Need to have sense of urgency know what roles to work on, what clients to get back to first
Will be working with new clients and new business so must have excellent communication in both French and English
Team consists of 1 person in Quebec that is in Lavelle, but they will also work with the Western team and there are about 19 on that team.
Need to be able to work well with a team
Have to be able to pass a criminal check
