The CRM Trainer will work at the Activix division of Trader Corporation and will be in charge of training and accompanying our clients in terms of their use of the CRM and on the best phone and web strategies.

As an Activix employee, you will be part of a team that is a leader in training, performance analysis and in customer relationship management tools within the automotive industry.

What will your days look like?

\xe2\x97\x8f You will train our clients on the Activix CRM.

\xe2\x97\x8f You will provide coaching on phone call techniques and management of web requests.

\xe2\x97\x8f You will help improve and maintain the quality of customer service offered to our clients.

\xe2\x97\x8f You will establish and implement a plan that is efficient with our clients.

\xe2\x97\x8f You will reinforce the sale of products and CRM services.

Skills you should have:

\xe2\x97\x8f Experience in the automotive industry

\xe2\x97\x8f Good communication skills

\xe2\x97\x8f Excellent capacity to adapt to any situation

\xe2\x97\x8f Autonomous and resourceful

\xe2\x97\x8f Fluently bilingual (French/English)*

\xe2\x97\x8f Must have a vehicle and a valid driver\'s license

\xe2\x97\x8f Experience with CRM would be an asset

\xe2\x97\x8f Sales experience would be an asset

*Knowledge of the French language is required for communications with managers in Quebec and with French-speaking customers.

Experience :

- Training : 1 year preferred

- Sales : 1 year preferred
