Bilingual Digital Marketing Specialist
Salary: $70,000-$90,000k + 10% annual bonus
Hours: 9am-5pm with some flexibility (candidate could work 8:00-4, 8:30 - 4:30, etc. to be set between them and manager)
Hybrid 3 days office 2 days from home

150 -200 people in the office with no boundaries on growth. Some employees have been there decades while there are newer faces to the company. Overall employees are treated well and it is a great place to work. This person will be the only person working on the Canadian side. They will report to the Digital Marketing Manager in Michigan and work with 3 other team members on the US side. They will be the sole person in charge of Canadian so must have strong organization and project management skills; able to work autonomously.Requirements:
  • Bachelor\'s in marketing, Creative Writing, Communications a related field; or equivalent experience
  • Bilingual and fluent in both English and French (required)
  • Strong knowledge of local marketing laws in Eastern Canada: Ontario, Quebec
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing
  • Project management experience
  • Knowledge of social and digital platforms and optimization strategies: LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, TikTok
  • Website CMS and email marketing experience
  • Strong copywriting skills
  • Design capable using Adobe Creative Cloud suite with little to no guidance
  • Proficiency in SEO (required)and SEM (helpful) practices and tools
  • Google Analytics (required) and Google Tag Manager (preferred)
Responsibilities:Design
  • Create graphics that adhere to company brand standards for emails, websites, social media, presentations, and more
Websites, Content, SEO
  • Copywriting for website landing pages, product content, emails, articles, blog posts, and other text content with a focus on SEO
  • Demonstrated experience in managing and optimizing ecommerce websites to drive digital marketing goals and objectives
  • Knowledge and application of latest SEO best practices
  • Leverages website reporting to identify key trends and area to improve and strengthen performance
Social Media
  • Partners with the Digital Marketing Manager to contribute to the definition of social content strategy that meets business objectives, global trends, follows best practices, and develops a framework to scale.
  • Collaborates on content creation, best-practices, and how-tos.
  • Reporting and analytics to optimize strategy, tactics, and document completed campaigns.
  • Expand knowledge, execute and revise SEM and PPC marketing campaigns in B2B environment
Email Marketing
  • Proficiency in designing and implementing effective email marketing campaigns
  • Collaborates on automated workflows in Marketing
  • Segmentation strategies, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization
