Assist clients by offering solutions to their financial concerns. Manage multiple overdue accounts for debt recovery efforts. Negotiate payments and handle payment plans. Maintain excellent attendance and adhere to your scheduled working hours.
Who You Are:
Customer-focused, with strong communication skills and a talent for multitasking. Driven by success, personal growth, and excellence in service delivery. Proficient in both English and French, spoken and written.
