Job Description
Job Title: Bilingual Trainer (Drivers), Training Center - Brampton, Ontario
What They'll Do (Main Role):
Train new and existing
truck drivers
on company procedures, safety, and operations. Use classroom teaching + practical driving course coaching. Evaluate driver performance, give feedback, and complete final assessments. Keep training records accurate and up to date. Communicate with other trainers and managers about trainee progress/issues.Key Requirements:
Education:
High school diploma minimum (Associate's Degree preferred).Experience:
At least1 year of trucking industry driving experience
.Language:
Bilingual - French & English (mandatory).
License:
DZ or above preferred (commercial driver's license).Skills:
Presentation & facilitation skills (teaching adults). Coaching and feedback. Microsoft Windows basics. Good interpersonal/teamwork skills.Other Details:
Travel:
Occasional.Work Environment:
Office setting + outdoor driver training course. May involve being outside in weather conditions.Ideal Candidate Profile:
Bilingual (French + English). Previous experience training drivers OR strong classroom facilitation skills. Professional and polished (good presentation/communication). Trucking industry background. Supervisor background = a plus.

Pay: $85,000.00-$92,000.00 per year
