Bilingual (French/English) Customer Service - Temp To Perm
- Must have banking, insurance, or financial industry experience to qualify *
Location: Westmount - QC
Position: Temp - Perm, benefits applicable after transition to permanent role
Salary: $22.00 per hour
Hours: 9:00am-5:00pm/9:30am-5:30pm/10:00am-6:00pm.
Hybrid! 2-3 days in the office
Industry: Insurance
Primary Responsibilities:
- Communicate with internal and external clients through various channels
- Handling front desk calls
- Responding to inquiries
- Data entry
- Educating customer company offerings
- Proven customer service experience within the financial industry
- Must be fully bilingual (written and verbal) in French and English
- Strong communication and organizational skills
