Job Description
Full time permanent
- Onsite position / very casual work environment (Front office of Warehouse environment)
- Monday to Friday 7 am - 3 pm or 8am to 4 pm
- Career development, possibility of supervisory position within 18 months

- Manage inbound requests on products via email & some by phone ( 20 calls a day overall)
- Responsible to maintain high level of customer service with existing client accounts.
- Identify client needs and provide product expertise.
- Manage all inquiry follow ups, ensure on time delivery, order accuracy & inventory availability and proper lead times.
- Correct inventory issues with warehouse & logistics
- Responsible for invoicing & maintaining accurate records of all transactions
- Must have Canadian citizenship & have a valid passport
- Fluently bilingual in English & French (verbal & written communication skills)
- Positive attitude, reliable work ethic, good with learning new computer systems
- Ability to travel to the USA for 1 week training (expenses paid by company)
