Job Description

Kelly Services has partnered with a well-established Pharmaceutical company who is looking to hire a permanent Bilingual Customer Service Representative for their growing team. This organization specializes in the dermatology sector.

This position will be completed as a hybrid position with their office located in the Brampton area. The successful candidate will report to the Customer Service manager and be responsible for providing customer service and satisfaction in the areas of order management and error resolutions. The ideal candidate would have a passionate for providing exceptional customer service and be a problem solver

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Process orders - manual and EDI
  • Manage any issues with supply and communicate updates to customers
  • Provided follow ups to customers
  • Prepare customer reports when requested
  • Resolved customer concerns ensuring to utilize the established processes
  • Manage customer non-conformances and process adjustments
  • Respond to inquiries about product information and availability
  • Communicate with third-party logistic partners
  • Respond to any miscellaneous inquiries and forward to the appropriate team member
  • Participate in project as assigned
  • Complete all GMP documentation accurately and in a timely manner
  • Participate in internal, customer and regulatory audits
  • Ad hoc duties and projects as required
The ideal candidate will have:
  • A minimum of 3 years experience within a customer service position or another similar role
  • MUST be bilingual - French & English
  • Completion of a post secondary program in a relevant field of study
  • Prior experience working in a pharmaceutical environment is an asset
  • Strong understand and aptitude for Accounts Receivable and credit management
  • Knowledge of working with SAP is preferred
  • Ability to work in a demanding and fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency working with MS Office Suites including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment
  • Meticulous attention to detail
