Job Description

: Bilingual Customer Associate Support - Brokerage Correspondence Max bill rate : $35/hr CAD minus fees.

• Be knowledgeable with Insurance Industry, responds to highly complex customer inquiries through email.

• Provide optimal customer service to both the field force, distributors and policyholders: process requests and updates account history with results of inquiry to include proper documentation.

• Translation: from French to English

• Respond to written requests within service standards, \xe2\x80\xa2 Investigate, research, resolve and make recommendations to ensure the resolution of problems and issues that may arise. This may include liaising with legal, management, other departments as required,

What we are looking for\xe2\x80\xa6

• Understanding and knowledge of life insurance, \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent customer service skills- ability to maintain self-composure when confronted on issues by demanding or irate customers, \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent oral and written skills in English and French a definite requirement. A written test will be administered during the recruitment process.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, \xe2\x80\xa2 Demonstrates good judgment when making decisions, \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to handle high volumes of work and a variety of tasks at one time, \xe2\x80\xa2 The ability to work overtime in order to maintain service standards, \xe2\x80\xa2 Must be able to deal and communicate effectively with all levels of management and professional staff, \xe2\x80\xa2 Takes initiative, must be a self-starter, \xe2\x80\xa2 Must be eager to go above and beyond every single day.

Basic Qualifications

• High school diploma

• Three or more years of customer service \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience working with organizational functions and personnel \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong business and analytical problem-solving skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to work independently

• May require shift work (8 am to 7pm)
