Duties
Provide outstanding customer service by responding to inquiries via phone

Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
Bilingual proficiency in English and French languages is required.
Proven experience in customer service
Strong phone etiquette
Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in English and French.
