Duties

Provide outstanding customer service by responding to inquiries via phone Utilize strong phone etiquette to create a positive experience for customers. Communicate effectively in both English and French language to assist customers with their needs. Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain updated customer records and transaction details. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements

Bilingual proficiency in English and French languages is required. Proven experience in customer service Strong phone etiquette Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in English and French. Ability to analyze information and provide effective solutions to customers. A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
