What\xe2\x80\x99s the job?
We are looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. Reporting directly to the Customer Experience Manager of Shippsy, this role will be responsible for managing accounts, onboarding new clients, and maintaining the highest standards when it comes to client service. Responsibilities:
  • Manage current and new client accounts for Shippsy
  • Responsible for handling all calls and email inquiries from Quebec clients.
  • Assist clients with technical issues, escalations and responding to general inquiries.
  • Work closely with Shippsy team to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain trusting relationships with clients.
Skill Set:
  • Entry-level customer service experience
  • Advanced written and verbal knowledge in French (Quebec) and English.
  • Experience in eCommerce would be an asset!
  • Self-driven, excellent communication, with an ability to build trusting relationships with clients.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Location: This is a hybrid position with flexible working arrangements for Tuesdays and Thursdays. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: $18.00 per hour Schedule:
  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Saint-Laurent, QC H4T 1X4: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

  • Customer service: 1 year (required)
