Full Time Remote Bilingual Customer Service Specialist MUST RESIDE IN CANADA

• In this role you will be taking 10-15 calls daily
• This position is higher on the data entry & information gathering
• You must be perfectly bilingual in English & French
• Salary is 48 000 to 50 000$ Annually
• This is a one year contract
• Hours are Monday to Friday 8:30 -4:30pm

New graduates are encouraged to apply. (College or university) Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming calls on a queu (10 - 15 calls per CSR per day)
• Greet customers and listen attentively in order to understand their needs or questions
• Troubleshoot to gather information on their product purchase & detail this in the data base with accuracy and proper information describing issue
• In some cases you will be required to transfer calls if they are of a more technical nature
• Escalate any client complaints or cases that may require further decison making
• Ensure detailed and accuracy of information & customer contact info.
• Maintain privacy and intergrity in all calls.
• Participate in team morning meetings and provide feedback or give suggestions on topics dicussed

Requirements:

• Excellent Communication skills both verbal & writen in French & English
• Previous call center experience ( Part-time or full time)
• Must have strong attention to detail & excellent customer service skills
• Must have completed High School, College (Cegep) or University

Job Type: Full-time Salary: $48,492.73-$50,000.00 per year Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
