Customer Service Representative
to join our team. This position will play a vital role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and excellent customer experiences.
Responsibilities
Answer incoming phone calls and provide professional customer support
Respond promptly to leads via email, social media, and online platforms
Quote customers accurately and close service jobs
Dispatch technicians efficiently and manage scheduling
Maintain strong communication between customers, technicians, and management
Assist with administrative and operational tasks as needed
Responsibilities may grow over time as the company expands
Requirements
Bilingual
: Must be fluent in both
French and English
(spoken and written)
Minimum 2 years of experience
in a customer support or administrative role
Must work
in-office
(Ottawa location)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a
fast-paced environment
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Comfortable multitasking and handling multiple communication channels
Team player with a positive attitude
Schedule & Growth
Initial schedule:
Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM
As the role grows, additional hours and responsibilities may lead to a
full-time position
