As a full-time Work from Home Customer Service Representative, you'll be the trusted Canadian voice for a major automotive brand. You'll provide exceptional service to vehicle owners addressing concerns about warranty coverage, repairs, dealership issues, and vehicle features. By listening calmly, responding with effective solutions, and taking complaints seriously, you'll help reduce their stress and enhance their experience.

What We Are Looking For
Must reside in Canada
Must be at least 18 yrs of age
Highschool diploma or equivalent
Must have at least three 6 months of working experience in the customer service field
The flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, evenings and weekends
Key Skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills in both French and English will be needed to assist both French and English speaking customers.
Proficient in MS Office 365, MS TEAMS and a Microsoft Windows environment
Able to navigate multiple systems and have an understanding google maps or similar tools
Strong problem-Solving, Empathy, Adaptability and Reliability
Home Setup Requirements
A hardwired connection with an internet Speed of 10.0 Mbps download speed and 5.0 Mbps upload speed
A quiet, distraction-free space is essential; webcam video presence will be required during training and production
