We are currently seeking a professional, detail-oriented, and customer-focused
Bilingual Customer Service Representative (French & English)
to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service through
email and live chat
support. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries and support requests via
email and live chat
in both
French and English
Accurately document interactions and customer details in the CRM system
Resolve product, service, or order issues promptly with professionalism and empathy
Collaborate with internal departments (sales, logistics, tech) to provide timely and accurate solutions
Follow company communication standards and maintain a courteous and friendly tone
Provide product and service information, troubleshoot problems, and escalate unresolved issues when necessary
Monitor customer satisfaction and ensure prompt follow-ups when required
Requirements:
Fluent in French and English
(spoken and written)
Previous experience in
customer service
, preferably via chat and email
Strong
written communication skills
with attention to grammar and tone
Ability to handle multiple conversations and tasks simultaneously
Familiarity with CRM systems, help desk software, or customer service platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom)
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings or weekends if required
