Organization Seeks Bilingual (French) Customer Service Representative!

Robert Half is trying to fill a position for an articulate, highly-skilled French speaking Customer Service Representative in the growing Semi-Conductors, Electric Component Manu industry. Are you always outgoing and sociable? This could be a great position for you. This role will be situated in a challenging and dynamic environment. This long-term contract / temporary Customer Service Representative position could be for you, if you\'re available to work in Mississauga, Ontario.

Responsibilities

- You will likely support business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers

- Manage and place incoming telephone calls

- Provide accurate, friendly customer service in a timely fashion

- Retrieve and oversee the sending of written business communications
- Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners and clients/customers

- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and applications

- Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills highly desired

- Strong Microsoft Office skills

- Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly

- No stranger to performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries

- Proficiency in shipping & receiving

- Shipping documentation experience

- UPS Shipping experience

- Knowledge of order entry

- Solid understanding of Email Correspondence

- Excellent problem-solving skills

- Upbeat, positive attitude and an approach to work rooted in professionalism

- Strong customer service and office administrative skills

- 2+ years of past relevant experience
